Comments:
Demeura à Cocagne, Chatham, Caraquet, French Cove, Bonaventure, Miscou et à nouveau à Caraquet vers 1769, toujours dans l'espoir d'échapper aux anglais.Le 10 juillet 1793 il fit don de son terrain à l'église de l'anse.
Aujourd'hui, ce terrain est l'emplacement du Ste-Anne de Bocage. Il fut enterré non loin de la petite chapelle Ste-Anne et dans la terre même qu'il avait défrichée de ses mains après 1755.
Il forma le premier noyau de réfugiés acadiens à Caraquet. Vers 1743, s'installa à Aulac près du fort Beauséjour. Arrive à Caraquet vers 1757.
