Comments:
letter from Mrs Doris Mark: buried in Oceanview cemetary in Burnaby BC.
""Mary up the hill"" (not to be confused with Mary down the hill, her sister-in-law). A brother and sister married a brother and sister.
Mrs Doris Mark: When Allan's wife died in 1884 my grandmother (Eliza) came to Canada to look after Allan's kids (James & Mary). When my grandmother married in 1889 Allan took both kids back to Savesdale and they never heard from Allan again.
Children: 3 sons Charles, James, Allan and one daughter Mrs Herbert McCully.
