Jackie's hand-written Crane document (yellow photocopy)
states the date of death to be on the 3rd of November, not the 30th.

Comments:
he was blind & deaf, went to UBC, editor of a paper there. He spent his time translating books into Braille & on his death he bequeathed his books to UBC in 1967 (the largest known private Braille Library) as the Charles Crane Memorial Library.
mute and blind… travelled to England with his mother in 1908 to see a specialist, told no hope of getting him to see or hear again.
possible date of death: 3rd of Nov (instead of 30th)
